*  THESE PRICES ARE BASED ON DAILY RATE FOR 2 PEOPLE, we charge 20% more for a third person / per day, 40% for two people / per day.


Option 1 Bank Transfer/Credit Card

The reservation will only be effective upon receipt of 50% deposit upon reservation (by bank transfer) and the balance (by bank transfer or credit card) at the following dates :

  • Reveillon: 30 days prior to arrival
  • Carnaval: at check-in
  • High and Low Season: at check-in

Option 2 Credit card installment payment/parcelamento (reservation minimum R$ 600)

  • The reservation will only be effective upon charging 100% of the value of the reservation. Parcelamento in up to 4 installments/parcelas for reservation of a minimum value of R$ 600.
  • If the name of the reservation is different from the name of the cardholder, we will require to fill in a credit card debit authorization form and send a copy of the card (front and back) and a copy of the cardholder’s document showing picture and signature.


  • Guests must
    present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
  • The use of
    virtual or third-party credit cards is not permitted. We do not accept cards
    whose physical copy does not indicate the number and name of the holder.
  • At check-in,
    we need to present the same physical card used in the transaction, as well as a
    photo ID of the cardholder.
  • The Hotel
    reserves the right to request a charge of R$1 at check-in on the card machine
    to ensure the security of the transaction.
  • If the
    name of the card holder provided is not the same as the name of the reservation
    holder, the property may contact you requesting more information or requesting
    another card.


  • For safety reasons, children under 8 years old are not permitted in the Pousada.
  • We do not charge for service tax
  • The prices include breakfast and afternoon coffee.
  • We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Elo)
  • Check In: 14:00 Check Out: 12:00
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
  • Early check-in / late check-out on request.
  • Airport Taxi transfers must be organized with antecedence



 In case of cancellation or changes in the reservation, the notification must be sent by email; cancellation by phone will not be accepted.

Low and High Season 

  • You can cancel for free until 30 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
  • If you don’t show up, you’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.

Carnaval (27/02/25 to 06/03/25 included)

  • You can cancel for free until 42 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within 42 days of arrival.
  • If you don’t show up, you’ll be charged the total price of the reservation.

New Year package (26/12/24 to 11/01/25 included)

  • no refund of the deposit will be made
  • no refund of the balance payment  will be made

According to legal determinations in general and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution No. 161/95 of Embratur, cancellation or amendment shall be subject to collection of fees and fines


  • A no-show is when a client does not appear in the Pousada on the scheduled date of arrival, without notice, in writing.
  • The suite is reserved up to 12:00 following the entry day. After this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and the suite will be released to another customer. The amount paid will not be refunded and cannot be used on other dates.
  • In case of early departure, for any reason, no refund or credit for future use will be made.
  • In case of late arrival, for any reason,the full amount of the stay will be charged. 

RESERVATION POLICY NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Prepayment: A prepayment of the total price will be charged at any time after booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.Changes of dates are not possible.
