*  THESE PRICES ARE BASED ON DAILY RATE FOR 2 PEOPLE, we charge 22.5% more for a third person / per day, 45% for two people / per day.

RESERVATION POLICY

Option 1 Bank Transfer

  • The reservation will only be effective upon receipt of 50% deposit upon reservation (by bank transfer) and the balance (by bank transfer or credit card) at the following dates
  • Reveillon: until November 11th
  • Carnival: one month prior to arrival
  • High and Low Season: at check-in

Option 2 Credit card installment payment/parcelamento (reservation minimum R$800)

For payment by credit card with parcelamento, please enter in contact directly with the Hotel

  • The reservation will only be effective upon charging 100% of the value of the reservation. Parcelamento in up to 6 installments/parcelas for reservation of a minimum value of R$800.
  • For Credit card payments, you will be asked to fill in a credit card debit authorization form and send a copy of the card (front and back) and a copy of the cardholder’s document showing picture and signature.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • We do not charge for service tax
  • The prices include breakfast and afternoon coffee.
  • We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Elo)
  • Check In: 14:00 Check Out: 12:00
  • For safety reasons, children under 8 years old are not permitted in the Pousada.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
  • Early check-in / late check-out on request.
  • Airport Taxi transfers must be organized with antecedence

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of cancellation or changes in the reservation, the notification must be sent by email; cancellation by phone will not be accepted.

For cancellation request, based on the number of days prior to the guest’s expected check-in date.

  Low Season (2/3 to 14/12)

  • Less than 10 days, no refund of the deposit.
  • From 11 to 30 days, we will refund 50% of the deposit
  • More than 31 days, we will refund 80% of the deposit

  High Season (15/12 to 1/3) & Carnaval

  • Less than 30 days, no refund of the deposit.
  • Between 31 days and 60 days, we will refund 50% of the deposit
  • More than 61 days before date of arrival, we will refund 70% of the deposit

  New Year package

  • In case of cancellation or changes in the reservation, the notification must be sent by email; cancellation by phone will not be accepted.
  • no refund of the deposit will be made
  • no refund of the balance payment  will be made

According to legal determinations in general and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution No. 161/95 of Embratur, cancellation or amendment shall be subject to collection of fees and fines

NO SHOW:

  • A no-show is when a client does not appear in the Pousada on the scheduled date of arrival, without notice, in writing.
  • The suite is reserved up to 12:00 following the entry day. After this deadline, the reservation will be canceled and the suite will be released to another customer. The amount paid will not be refunded and cannot be used on other dates.
  • In case of early departure, for any reason, no refund or credit for future use will be made.
  • In case of late arrival, for any reason,the full amount of the stay will be charged.
